Sabrina S. Saieh

Sabrina S. Saieh focuses on products liability, commercial litigation, personal injury, class action, and multidistrict litigation. With her extensive knowledge and expertise in these areas of law, she has represented numerous clients in complex legal matters in both federal and state courts ranging from defective products and dangerous drugs to catastrophic injuries and mass tort litigation.

Bio

Sabrina S. Saieh graduated from FIU College of Law in 2016 where she served as an Articles Editor for the FIU Law Review and as a Legal Research Assistant to Dean Joëlle Anne Moreno, researching and contributing to articles for publication on scientific evidence and federal constitutional issues.

Ms. Saieh also held Executive Board positions in the H.T. Smith Black Law Students Association (BLSA) and the Employment and Labor Law Society.  

She made the Dean’s List each semester, received the book award for academic achievement in Securities Regulation, and was chosen from among a qualified pool of applicants as an FIU Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) Fellow – a fellowship awarded to individuals who show exceptional promise in becoming international experts.

Ms. Saieh’s practice has focused in the areas of products liability, commercial litigation, personal injury, class action, and multidistrict litigation. She has been an integral member of the litigation team in the following cases: 

  • Takata Airbag Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation (a high-profile class action lawsuit involving the largest automotive recall in the history of the United States that resulted in settlements of over $1 billion) 

  • Havana Docks v. Carnival, Royal, NCL, and MSC (Libertad Act cases that resulted in approximately $450 million in four federal court judgments)

  • 3M Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation (assisted a member of the firm who serves on the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee in the largest MDL in the history of the United States involving defective earplugs sold to the U.S. military)

  • Proton Beam Radiation Therapy cases (represented individuals who were improperly denied health benefits for cancer treatment by health insurance companies)

  • SharkBite Products Liability Class Action (represented consumers who purchased and used defective water heater connectors against the product manufacturer and a retailer of the product)
