Sabrina S. Saieh focuses on products liability, commercial litigation, personal injury, class action, and multidistrict litigation. With her extensive knowledge and expertise in these areas of law, she has represented numerous clients in complex legal matters in both federal and state courts ranging from defective products and dangerous drugs to catastrophic injuries and mass tort litigation.
Sabrina S. Saieh graduated from FIU College of Law in 2016 where she served as an Articles Editor for the FIU Law Review and as a Legal Research Assistant to Dean Joëlle Anne Moreno, researching and contributing to articles for publication on scientific evidence and federal constitutional issues.
Ms. Saieh also held Executive Board positions in the H.T. Smith Black Law Students Association (BLSA) and the Employment and Labor Law Society.
She made the Dean’s List each semester, received the book award for academic achievement in Securities Regulation, and was chosen from among a qualified pool of applicants as an FIU Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) Fellow – a fellowship awarded to individuals who show exceptional promise in becoming international experts.
Ms. Saieh’s practice has focused in the areas of products liability, commercial litigation, personal injury, class action, and multidistrict litigation. She has been an integral member of the litigation team in the following cases:
