Cities are beginning to ban RoundUp

NYC first attempted to ban the product in 2017, and dozens of elementary school children crowded City Hall to testify in support of the ban. The legislation failed at that time but has been recently reintroduced.
NYC City Council Member Ben Kallos first introduced the glyphosate ban in 2015. He says he will not let his daughter play in city parks unless he sees dandelions and other weeds that RoundUp would otherwise kill.
