Defective Tires Caused My Car Accident and I Need an Experienced Attorney
Tires are designed to undergo a certain amount of wear-and-tear over time. However, if they are poorly designed or manufactured, the tires are at risk of tread separation, which is effectively a total collapse of the tire.
Tire tread separation typically causes a complete loss of control of the vehicle. At higher speeds, this can quickly result in catastrophic vehicle accidents. If someone loses a loved one, the pain is multiplied by the thought that the accident could have been prevented if the tire had been properly manufactured and designed.
