According to the Reno Gazette-Journal, a Mount Dora, Florida woman was killed and her husband was injured on May 21 after their SUV rolled over along US 50 in Churchill County, Nevada.
Authorities stated that the couple’s Buick SUV went off the roadway where it overturned.
“For unknown reasons [the driver] lost control of the vehicle,” the Nevada Highway Patrol said in a statement.
The Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) stated in a news release that a 75-year-old woman who was a passenger in the SUV was pronounced dead at the scene. The 77-year-old driver was being treated for injuries at a local hospital in Reno, Nevada.
